CIDC Chairman, David Stoll, addressed a gathering of stakeholders on the urban management activities carried out over the last year by the CIDC at the CIDC’s 2014 AGM held at the Vineyard Hotel‘s Splash Cafe.
Brett Herron, Councillor for Ward 57 and Mayoral Committee Member for Transport, was the guest speaker at the CIDC’s 2014 AGM and highlighted the future benefits of the MyCiti integrated transport system for Claremont.
Herron’s department is well in to the planning and implementation of Phase 2 of IRT, looking at connecting people from Khayelitsha and Mitchell’s Plain and to Wynberg and Claremont.
CIDC Executive Manager, Abdul Kerbelker, reported on the year’s highlights and ongoing challenges.
