The State of Claremont Report 2023 looks at how Claremont – within the focus area – has progressed during the post-pandemic period with a recovery in demand for both office and retail space and new developments once again in the pipeline.
The report includes an overview of property trends, both commercial and residential; a look at future property developments within the defined area; an overview of key business sectors within the Claremont CBD and the critical role the CIDC plays in “Making Claremont a better place for all”.
