Winter always presents a unique set of challenges to the CIDC cleaning staff. Heavy rains and often windy conditions make for taxing tasks trying to keep the CBD looking at its best. Keeping the streets litter and leaf free are almost a full time job and it is a priority to keep the drains free of debris to prevent winter flooding.
