On 10 April 2017 the CIDC welcomed three Chrysalis graduates as part of the CIDC Team.
The graduates have all completed a three month programme at the Chrysalis Academy which included four phases: an Orientation Phase, Outdoor Phase, Skills Phase and Community Phase.
The phases consists of various life skills training, using nature to overcome personal challenges, leadership skills, skills needed in the workplace and career guidance.
The graduates will be deployed at the CIDC for the next twelve months where they will obtain much needed work experience.
The CIDC is proud to be a partner of the Department of Community Safety and the Chrysalis Academy in this initiative.
